Check the account before buying again
If you already bought AutoRedial and Google Play shows a price when you try to reinstall it, check that the store is using the same Google Account that made the purchase. AutoRedial operating without its own account does not mean Google Play recognises a purchase from any different account.
Google’s help says purchased apps can be reinstalled without another payment on compatible Android devices using the same account. It also warns that not all content is available on every device. This guide verifies no individual purchase and promises no universal fix for store problems.
Reinstall from the store library
On your Android phone, follow Google’s documented route:
- Open Google Play and check the active profile.
- Open Manage apps & device, then Manage.
- Look for the purchased app. If it is missing, check the Not installed filter.
- Check compatibility and use Install when the store offers it.
Labels can vary with the store language. If another purchase is requested, do not assume you must pay; first review which account acquired it. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes with someone else to perform this check.
Separate three kinds of recovery
The purchase. This is the acquisition recognised by Google Play. This article uses its official reinstallation procedure, consulted on 27 October 2026.
Installation and setup. AutoRedial requires Android 10 or later and must be set as the default dialer. An Install option does not establish that setup is complete or that your desired SIM is selected.
Previous data. Reinstalling the app does not establish that private notes, settings or session history have returned. The cited help documents purchase reinstallation, not verified restoration of those AutoRedial records. Inspect what actually appears on your device before relying on it.
If the purchase remains missing
Keep the exact store message and check the selected device and purchase account. Use Google Play help or the IliciLabs product contact, according to the problem. Do not publish receipts, account addresses or order identifiers when describing an incident.
You do not need to start a calling session to verify an installation. Before using the dialer, check the number, line and configuration normally. AutoRedial does not guarantee a connection and never automatically hangs up an active call.
