Check which choice the app is following
If you changed your phone language and AutoRedial still displays another one, check whether you manually chose the language inside the app. The official website documents following the device language or selecting one manually. Changing the phone preference is a different decision from reviewing a manual in-app selection.
The goal is to recognise controls before preparing a call. You do not need a real attempt to establish whether you understand the configuration screen, or to erase history to change a language preference.
An example without a test call
Suppose you occasionally share your phone with a trusted adult. The phone is now set to Spanish, but you previously chose English for AutoRedial. Before configuring another session, open the app settings and review its language choice.
You can decide to keep English, choose Spanish or follow the device language according to the options your version displays. Then reread the wait time, interval and attempt limit before starting anything. This is a suggested check, not an interactive walkthrough performed here or a promise about exact menu names and positions.
Separate three different languages
| Choice | What you are checking |
|---|---|
| Device language | The system preference the app can follow |
| Manual AutoRedial language | The language selected for its interface |
| Conversation language | What you and the other person speak |
Selecting a menu language does not establish call translation. Nor does it by itself change which number or SIM you intend to use. Review those details separately before calling.
Android’s per-app language help depends on the operating-system version and each app’s support. We do not present that route as a universal menu for every AutoRedial phone or recommend clearing data to address this case.
Prepare with labels you understand
AutoRedial’s public presentation documents twelve interface languages, themes and redial options. Its product facts explain scope. Sources checked on 26 October 2026.
AutoRedial is available as a paid Android 10-or-later app and must be the default dialer. Follow its official Google Play link from the website for current price and compatibility. Before the next attempt, make one small check: can you explain each setting you are about to activate in your own words?
